Reactivating Premium Account

Perform the steps below :

  • If you want to transfer the account to another device.
  • If you recently restored/reset your phone.
  • If you encounter this error "The premium code is already assigned to user xxxxxxxx";

NOTE: This feature is available starting FSMS V5.1.0

Step 1

If you encounter that error or if you want to transfer the account to another device.

Step 2

Click the reset/restore button, then click 'OK'

Step 3

You should receive a confirmation that the account is already reset.

This time the account is now ready to register a new device.
