FSMS values your privacy and provides you with the ability to delete your account or specific personal data at any time.
If you are signed in with Firebase Authentication (Google account, email, or phone number), you may request deletion by:
Opening the FSMS – Send SMS to Philippines app, going to Settings > Account > Delete Account if available, or
Sending an email to support@m2techtronix.com with the subject “Delete My FSMS Account” from the same email address you used to sign in.
When you delete your account, the following data will be removed from our systems and from Firebase:
Email address
Phone number (if available)
Display name (if provided)
Firebase user ID
Authentication tokens
If you wish to continue using FSMS but delete certain personal data, you may request removal of:
Phone number (while keeping your email login active)
Profile display name or avatar
Any linked contacts or synced information
Optional uploaded content (if any in the future)
To request partial deletion, please contact us at support@m2techtronix.com with the subject “Partial Data Deletion” and specify the type of data you want deleted.
Log data (such as crash reports, error logs, or analytics summaries) may be retained for up to 30 days for security, troubleshooting, and compliance purposes.
After this retention period, all retained data is permanently deleted.
Account and data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your account or data has been deleted.
