1. Gathering of your personal information

M2techtronix built the FSMS - Free Text to Philippines app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by M2techtronix at no cost and is intended for use as is.

FSMS - Free Text to Philippines may collect information about your visit to our web site and use of our FSMS - Free Text to Philippines messaging application, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with the service. We also collect certain standard information such as your IP address, browser type, language and geographical location.

Permissions needed for this app to work:

• CONTACTS -  Required to identify incoming messages and select contacts to send your message.

• PHONE NUMBERS - Required to completely process incoming and outgoing sms. A standard SMS to complete the message should have a recipient and a sender. Our system doesn't save any phone numbers in the database. Upon sending, the message is sent to the target phone number and delete immediately after processing.

• PHONE STATUS - Required for the app to identify the device for operation and manages some background services.

• READ PHONE  STATE - Allows read only access to phone state, including the current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls. To present the user with alternative options when placing a phone call  

•  READ/WRITE MESSAGES - Required to send, write, receive messages.

• INTERNET - Required  for the app to send and receive online messages via our SMS servers. FSMS securely uploads outgoing and incoming SMS information to our own managed SMS server if you send via FSMS/Online. 

The collected data are temporarily collected and will be removed immediately after processing. All messages sent and received directly through your SIM card are not included.
 

2. Survey Serving Technology 

This app uses Pollfish SDK. Pollfish is an on-line survey platform, through which, anyone may conduct surveys. Pollfish collaborates with Developers of applications for smartphones in order to have access to users of such applications and address survey questionnaires to them. When a user connects to this app, Pollfish detects whether the user has enabled his Device’s interest-based-ads settings (Advertising ID for Android/Advertising Identifier for iOS). If not, Pollfish does not proceed with any action and cannot offer any survey for the user or collect any of his/her Data. If the user has enabled such settings, a specific set of user’s device data and response meta-data are automatically sent to Pollfish servers. These data will be associated with your answers to the questionnaires. By downloading the application you accept this privacy policy document and you hereby give your consent for the processing by Pollfish of the aforementioned data. Furthermore, you are informed that you may disable Pollfish operation at any time by (a) enabling the “opt out of interest-based advertising” in your device Settings area or by (b) using the Pollfish “opt out section” available on Pollfish website. We invite you to check the respondent’s terms of use, if you wish to have more detailed view of the way Pollfish works. 

APPLE, GOOGLE AND AMAZON ARE NOT A SPONSOR NOR ARE INVOLVED IN ANY WAY IN THE DRAWS. NO APPLE PRODUCTS ARE BEING USED AS PRIZES.

3. Information Collection and Use 

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Internet protocol (IP), Advertising ID, Location, Device ID, Browser Type, Geographical Location. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. 4. Log Data 

Whenever you use FSMS - Free Text to Philippines, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

5. Security 

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
